Make a pie; Cream Cake!

Bonjour kitchen diva's!
Today a tutorial; how to make a pie! 
I coined it when I got from my grandma a very old book about baking! It's such a lovely book because you make everything yourself! Today is everything in packets, you have a powder and water, shake it and you have a pie! But what I like is to really make a pie if you know what I mean, do everything yourself, no packets! 




Today I'm going to make a cream-cake!
Let's start!
You need:                                                For the filling:
- 250 g cake flour                                    - 150 g of raw cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder                  - 2 tablespoons white flour
- 1 teaspoon salt                                      - 2 tablespoons orange zest, grated
- 250 g sugar                                           - 125 ml orange juice
- 125 ml vegetable oil                               - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 180 ml of water                                     - 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest                            - 250 g cream, whipped
- 6 eggs
- 8 slices lemon


1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C / gas 4.
2. In a large bowl flour, baking powder, salt and 100 g sugar, oil, eggs, water
and add lemon zest and with a mixer until a smooth batter mix.
3. Pour the batter into the tin.
4. For 60 minutes in the heating oven.
Let the cake cool upside down in the cake tin.
5. Now we make the fillig.
In a saucepan over medium heat, sugar, flour, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice and egg and mix to thicken. Whip the cream apartments ready. Add the mixture and the heavy cream together and let it cool.
6. To make the cake: the cake horizontally into 3 equal layers cut.
The layers spread with filling. The remaining filling over the cake spread. Garnish with lemon slices.
